My worst habit; I'm constantly falling in love with long dead fandoms. Ohh and I fall hard.

The latest one, My So-Called Life. It is not my fault though; it is entirely the fault of 30 Seconds to Mars. I am so upset at Jared Leto for not completely sucking as a singer/song writer. I don't know why but I really expected and wanted him to, maybe even needed him to. Otherwise there's no sense of fairness or justice to the universe and the walls of this reality should collapse inward because our existence is as poignant as spam... yet still, he does not suck.

Damn fucking pretty boy... guh, I've no stomach for this! The powers that be need to divvy up some of that talent in more equal measures. s'not fair, s'all I'm sayin'...

And the fandom part of it? I wrote fic for it because it was an amazing show, because it was an iconic part of my youth, because it's been over ten-years, because I just got the DVD box-set as a pick me up due to a rather heartless domestic miscalculation... because I am just pathetic that way.

People, when reviewing, say something, anything constructive. Tell me I can't spell, or I mix metaphors, or I always write 'too' instead of 'to' or I missed a hundred punctuations, plague my prose with run on sentences and that I've got no plot or sense of story-telling. All of which is very likely, but do not hate because of you're idiocy. I mean seriously, pick your battles, nimrod.

(Apologies for being such a useless beta lately, I should wave a sign that says "Will try harder" or something, because I always mean to and keep failing for one reason or another. My own brain, for example. Oh well, Brian's hiding didn't disturb me, there is that, but then I've only seen the first three episodes, so... Maybe I should make you let me watch more when I'm over. Which will be April 8th till the 11th, incidentally.

It isn't that Brian's hiding, it's that it's Ten-Fucking-Years later and it's not like everyone is inseparable. It's miracle they even keep each other in mind. Reality, bitches!... plus, the reviewer [I think, I can't remember exactly] states that Brian is their favorite, hence they hate my fic, which has me laughing, you don't know how hard XD

I have BOX-Set and I'm always up for obsessive viewing. You should know this. My April plans were sort of pooped on due to familial illness and impending death. What can ya do?

I should find a similar random reason to hate on it, even though I'm not nearly well-versed enough in the show to come up with something appropriate. Once I've indulged in some of that obsessive viewing I'll see what I can do. If you're around for this, that is good, although if it's because of that kind of thing, less so. I must try to work as a distraction, or something.

Also I liked This Life but don't know if you know that - finally after 10 years they've brought the 2nd series out on DVD...the videos were going for £50 on eBay at one time - I should have sold mine off in preparation for the DVD but then was worried BBC might suddenly change their mind!
